Short Biography

Through the prestigious Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) program run by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED), I received my Ph.D. from Chosun University in South Korea. As part of the GKS scholarship, I completed one year of an intensive Korean language course that included Korean cultures at Busan University of Foreign Studies (BUFS) in the beautiful port city of Busan, South Korea. Through this program, I experienced the culture of Korea and learned about many more from my batch mates from different countries. After I finished the language program, I went to Chosun University in Gwangju, South Korea, to get my Ph.D., and I contributed to ten SCIE-indexed research publications. I was also associated with the BK-21 FOUR research project throughout my doctorate studies.

I have authored more than 30 journal papers in different reputed journals. In addition, I also presented my work at various international conferences. I have also been reviewing SCI/SCIE-indexed journals, including IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, Electronics, Remote Sensing, and others.

My research interests include wireless communication, electromagnetic wave propagation, attenuation of millimeter-wave propagation by interference or atmospheric causes, AI and deep learning deployment for wireless communication, and antenna design for practical applications. In addition, I have a keen interest in relevant fields of information, communication, and computer engineering. 

Since March 2022, I have been working as an international research professor at Yeungnam University, South Korea. Before, I was an assistant professor at the International Islamic University Chittagong in Chattogram, Bangladesh, for 4 years.
